You're missing the point, that rust has been lovingly recreated to give the authentic period feel. They may even have called in a Scottish consultant to oversee the work.

Really rather lovely with its variety of colours and textures, including the ideal match of rusty metal and shabby blue paint.
Also mixes the R.A.S. with Health & Safety Smile

The state of the entrance would not encourage me to leave my boat with them, not that I have a boat to leave with them anyway.

Now this is what I call decorating Albert.
I wish my wife would let me away with this splendid decor !!
It was all pastel muted colours and flowery curtains.
Some women just have NO TASTE !!

Could do with a sign like this for our postie! I thin he might be dyslexic as sometimes he can put our mail in anybody else's letterbox except ours!........Good image here, I like it....
