Another super Kingfisher shot, Siobhan! The framing is excellent: you've balanced the Kingfisher well with it's surroundings, giving a feeling of the bird's environment. DOF is superb too. A future career in wildlife photography awaits! Smile

Really lovely shot - your persistence certainly has paid off! And the border works so well - perfect colour and width, subtle (not usually a fan of them!)

Excellent capture. The lighting is great, showing the bird off very well, and the b/g is just enoug to indicate the environment without distracting.
