Fun with Sparklers

This image was created by placing my camera on a tripod with a shutter setting of around 10 - 15secs. It took a few attempts but i managed to get the shot before the sparkler burnt out... The image was then flipped and cropped. If you get chance this Guy Fawkes night I would recommend giving it a go!

Well explained technique - sounds like fun

sure we'll be seeing more of these over the next few weeks then Smile

looks like you got eh exposure just right - enough for the sparkler to be fully traced yet keeps the background dark

Nice work simple but effective - I like the idea of not having to write backwards & simply flipping the image!
