Hello out there!
It began with the garden and a love of flowers and wasn't until spring 2012 when I decided to learn how to use my dusty DSLR. Then, after many months of saving 2 coins, came a macro lens. More recently I was introduced to EPZ and have been privileged to meet some accomplished photographers who have very kindly shared their expertise. It is still early days and quite hit and miss, but hugely enjoyable. Thanks to EPZ, those who continue to help and those who take the time to look and comment.

Question........a while ago I was taking very similar pictures of a local pier and lighthouse, got them home to discover the front of the shot was not sharp. I had focussed on the lighthouse. What went wrong?

The picture made me think "Anne Geddes". She must have made a fortune out of this kind if image. With a bit of TLC, maybe you will too Smile
  • I was lured in by your bluebell wood shot today and have much enjoyed some time with your photographs, especially the flowers, though your whole portfolio is a treat. I look forward to seeing more.........Fiona
