The image would of benefitted greatly from some red eye reduction, the flash on your camera has reflected off the back of the dogs eye giving this effect which unfortunately makes the image just ok, the good news is that this type of problem can be quite easily rectified on nearly all photo editing software, and in my humble opinion it would improve the image a great deal, next time you use the built in flash look for red eye reduction mode its normally an eye shape with a diagonal line through it, or use an off camera flash. On a seperate issue your keywords seem a bit random i can sort of see a couple of them and how you came to the keyword, i'm definately stumped on rabies though.
