Thanks for uploading this - you could have added it to the previous upload as a modification.
Comments as previously - you had an excellent angle on the action, but this needed a much faster shutter speed, or slower if you actually wanted dramatic motion blur. This is neither one thing nor the other, so it tends to look like a mistake. I would always go for shutter speed priority, keeping a careful eye on the aperture it's giving, adjusting ISO as necessary. (As John said, panning would be tricky for a car moving unpredictably.)
I rather like the inclusion of the orange car, but the strip of grass at the top needs to go. And if you want to concentrate on the skid and the marshal, it needs a tighter crop than yesterday, just take it down to those two elements, there's enough context.
My main thought on seeing this though - I'm not convinced that portrait format was a good idea here. It's adventurous, it could work with two cars rounding the bend, but this really is about horizontal movement not vertical.
Cropped mods to follow shortly...

I think with corners, depending on where you are located, a vertical orientation can often work well, juts not this time. You could have zoomes out more, but you werent anticipating this spin.
Moira has covered crops, I will add that for me the contrast and sharpening are too high, and adding a bit on the left, cropping the crowds out might work as in the mod.

Willie
