"I can teach you" by david deveson

"I can teach you"

This white mark on the wall looking like a colombe of peace, adds a little extra to this portrait.

At work by indergopal

At work

A picture with real photojournalistic meaning, rather than just portraiture. It gives a feel about the life of this woman, being a mother and having to be a worker as well.

Interesting trip you are doing. Thanks for sharing.

flower vendor

Very good. You can see a respect of the man for the flowers he sells and his work. And that take this picture beyond mere portraiture.

The Picnic (3) by Francois Lepinay

The Picnic (3)

Thanks Guy. I love the British, and all their almost theatrical rituals. 30 years have lived here, and not yet tired of it Wink The coaches are part of the story, as they bring those different groups from all over the country, for a day out to Ascot. This group could have been say, the bingo hall ladies association from Birmingham Smile

Give it back!

Impressive picture about the struggle of life and for food. Rare to see such confusion rendered in such a visually dynamic and harmonious way.

Soul Portrait by Francois Lepinay

Soul Portrait

Alan, it is possible. Although from the pictures on display at Saigon war museum on the effect of chemical warfare on new born, i would say that this man would be among the lucky ones. When you visit that museum, you realise what the American army did here is beyond belief, and none of those war crimes and responsible people were punished or even procecuted ever. There is no limit to what the US can be doin the name of its interest and "freedom".

Fishermen by Francois Lepinay

Fishermen

Thanks mike. Your appreciated comment reinforce a thought I had many years ago. Photography, for me, is that of being a true reflexion of life over that of being a fully controlled art form !

They very often use the helmet as a hat, when they have a motorbike. And almost everyone has one (instead of a car, still relatively rare)
