Crab Spider with Prey 2

The second in this series of the the crab spider. I was tempted to desaturate the blue hydrangea but it really is this colour and the white spider shows up well on it's petals.

My thanks for all the interest in the first one, some great comments were posted and I really appreciate your time and support. I am still battling an infection but hopefully this second lot of antibiotics should see it off, in the meantime I'm staying home and keeping warm, thank goodness for my laptop.

Another cracker, Fran, aren't they evil! I watched a spider sneak up on a hoverfly today, poor hover was just sunbathing and minding his own business, yet only a few minutes later he was dinner! Carol

Even better than previous Fran - caught the spider in a great position and it's beautifully detailed. Nature in the raw.
