The OxO Tower Plazza

Late afternoon on a day of downpours in London, this was taken at the OxO tower, while waiting for a break in the weather. I was attracted to the scene by the moody lighting created by the ambient light and the spot down lighters. The reflections from wet paving stones helped the image.
