I'm taking a break from ePz as I no longer consider the site a positive influence on my work. I spend too much time trying to please viewers and make images that echo what I see rather than what I can create. I realise this is my problem, not ePz's, and I may return in due course. Hence the reason I have retained my membership. I have, however, removed my portfolio from public view as, if I do return, I want to start afresh.
In the meantime thanks to those that followed and supported me during my active spell, with a special mention to Scottish Landscapes, Burnblue and Molls.

Beautiful Paul. The way the waves are breaking on the rock look like the sea is trying to haul itself up the rocks.

Love the shelving of the rocks and the way this blends into the waves.

Love looking at your work Phil. The clarity of your images and your eye for the right light without overblowing things are second to none.

  • I can't believe I haven't posted a message in here before Dougie! Such a wide variety of landscapes and a collection to be proud of. You continue to inspire and motivate.

  • Just had a look at your pf and website - I don't know how I've managed to miss your work before now and I don't know how you could call yourself a beginner! Excellent stuff - I've enjoyed my trawl.

  • Just checked out your website Dean. Good to see such high quality work all in one place.
  • A slight adjustment that has made a difference.
  • Melanie, I hope this doesn't seem like I'm commenting on your pf becuase you commented on mine. I've really only recently recognised your work and if I could produce the quality as consistently as you do I'd be a very happy man. A stunning pf with great vision.
  • After your comment about the lack of votes on Ogden No. 3 I thought I'd have a look at your pf only to find that I've voted on quite a few of your images, so I guess your work is familiar to me and ticks my boxes. I certainly like what I see so keep up the good work.

  • Hi Adam, I was intrigued by your "Motivation to Post" thread and thought I'd look into you pf - and what a pf it is. How's this for a motivation to post - you inspired me to pick up my camera and try again. I'm sure if others that are struggling see your pf they would think the same. So thanks for posting - keep it up!

  • You're a true master of timing and the colour photograph. Great pf.
  • I hardly give photographs of flowers a second glance but this is such an imaginative and high quality pf it would be ludicorus not to comment. Wonderful stuff Ian.
  • Great pf Lillian. You have an eye for the fun side of life in your timing. And thanks for your help with my pf, I'm very grateful.
