Hi..when you first look at this its a great photo.hate to say this but larger version is a bit on the"soft"side..methinks its a hand held..take it quick shot..if you had/been able to use a tripod or rest the camera on something this would realy have become ist rate.

Good comp and good sunset skt. Yes soft, either need to use a tripod or anchor it down well with a bag/rrocks. some times tripods are shaken if windy, keep it down low ti minimise this. M

Lovely! Great sky and composition. Though it looks as though you've pasted the sea onto the sky image! Still good though!

Thanks everyone... It is a bit soft. I still haven't got my tripod from the company I brought my camera. A lot of problems! I am praying for it to come before Christmas. If not I will buy one as a second. Johnjrp has been lovely and given me a little one to use. This was taken from resting on my knee Sad

Ummm - don't know what happened to the sky and sea Kitty!? Will look into it Smile

Thanks again everyone. Andrea

An excellent area for shooting, the colors really set the tone in this one. Do you remember what shutter speed you were using? If I had to guess, I suspect it was too slow for hand held (I've several moon shots with the same effect)You may also want to consider getting a cable release to reduce any image shake caused when you snap the shot.

I love it the contrast between the sea and sky is great, in this picture the line is clear, also the rock in the fore ground gives the scene depth, lovely colours, and angle well done again
