V1 by miles, for the odd angles of the legs - it's priceless.

A really nice shot. I would agree with Moirs, - the legs contribute to the overall attitude of the little girl.

One option would be to reduce their sharpness very slightly with a little blur. Ive done this in a mod. I would crop some space from the left, and clone in a small amount on the right to move her face off centre; and lighten the shadows on her hair and eys a little.

Hope this helps

Yep, I'd stick with the legs too, but I can see the appeal of taking them out to bring more focus to her expression. In which case I'd crop in to focus on her face, removing the black sides

Thank you for all you comments . We are all thinking the same . When I took this I liked the expression on her face too, but thought the legs were 'in the way' untill I took them out, then it looked like something was missing and it was not till they were gone I thought they do add some thing to the whole photo. I all so like the crop. Mamy thanks for you time and advice.

Great portrait well done.
This is one of those little people the camera loves no matter how you frame the shot. I would have taken it a bit differently. By just moving the model and camera a bit I would have placed more angle so the face was a bit more towards the lower left bottom, not as centered and I would have zoomed out or stepped back so the elbows weren't cut off. Otherwise a very cute shot. I might have tried with her raising her other leg in the air as well.

My comment might be late but certainly V1 to keep. The legs add a new dimension to the iamge and looks very natural.
This little girl is truly her mum's image Smile. Put your own pic when you were a kid next to her and see if you can differentiate hahaha
