  • Sparrow

I was walking around Marwell Zoo, I ended up with quite a few good shots, the best shot of all was this Sparrow who was coming out through the wire fence from the Tiger enclosure. I still smile when I look at it, all those exotic animals and the tiny sparrow was my best shot
    thankyou for all your comments

  • The end of the dance

Thankyou all for your comments, I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time for these shots. I missed the best shot of all as it happened so quick, altogether it lasted about 20 seconds. I thought it would be different to put the shots as a dance sequence.
what was really happening was that it was using its wings to shade the water so it could see its dinner easier.

  • Selworthy village. IR

    Hi Kate
I try not to get in a rut and produce the same trees and water tec. if ever you get England, this Selworthy Village, North Devon. is amazing all the cottage are different shapes, all thatched , its owned by the National trust (I believe), its just a large green with all the beautiful cottages around it, about 20 of them. its very clean tidy and no overgrown plants, all the people there own them but have to keep up to a very high standard. its perfect for IR or ordinary photos.
