One of Three on Three

By saltireblue
The first of three uploads featuring three people at exhibitions. Only two exhibitions are featured, otherwise it could have been 'three on three at three' Wink

Norway has dropped all Covid restrictions and we are officially back to life as we knew it before this all started. However, until we see how things go, mrs. salty and I will still be using face-masks in shops, etc. Sceptical? You bet! Only those entering the country who are not full-vaccinated are required to isolate at a prescribed hotel. I am shooting my first indoor live gig for over 18 months in a couple of weeks...that will be interesting...if I decide to go...willwait and see how the spike in cases is...

Anyway, many thanks to all who showed their interest last week - much appreciated.

Thanks for bothering.

Excellent, Malc.
Most restrictions are ended in Wales although using face masks is mandatory on public transport.

There's a serious delivery situation regarding fuel to petrol stations as there's a shortage of drivers so people are panicking.
The Covid rate is rising and is to be expected apparently.

Strong composition, Malc. My eyes are drawn to the black line, the 1:2 division of the figures and the space between.

The requirement to wear face masks on the London Underground is being ignored by a majority, I understand, with the rate of compliance in evenings and at weekends as low as 20%.

Excellent, Malc' the high key and heavy contrasting works really well here.
My first award of the day.Smile

And yes, I shall always wear a mask where I feel it necessary.
Not that I can get out much with petrol queues blocking the roads. Sad

Love this Malc....of course.
Like you Mrs ZT and I venturing going out more but still wear masks ins shops; we are very much in the minority now.
Generally the art galleries are still insisting on masks.
In the meantime as Ken says; it's the petrol crisis now. Not surprising that this Government (lol) could not see this coming.
Back to photos ! UA for this beauty.

beautiful and very balanced composition - top quality

back to life sounds very good ..... wish you the best
The vaccination campaign "Austria vaccinates" ended in July. As of Sunday, 58.10 percent of the population in Austria had been completely vaccinated - with a further decline in willingness to vaccinate. At the same time, the delta variant is causing the number of new infections in Austria to rise sharply again, and more people are receiving hospital treatment. At the moment, no government strategy is discernible. “Different voices are used - even by the same person.
Prohibitions, new mask regulations, threats ....... quite a chaos, in which nobody really knows their way around and nobody wants to participate anymore ......

Cracking shot, Malc, and it's good to see a semblance of normality. Let's just hope it doesn't turn round to bite us. We're still wearing masks in enclosed public areas, too, and probably will do for the foreseeable future.

love the hi-key treatment for this image
(over here masks are mandatory on public transport and in shops to mention just two..
the fine for not wearing mask is 4, 000 to 5,000 rubles - approx. £50 - notwithstanding, the rate of compliance is low)

A fine composition and capture, Malc, like the separation between the onlookers 👍
Great to be back to normality here, actual physical Camera Club meet ups, which we started again a couple of Mondays ago, and Quiz Nights on a Tuesday, plus beer & entertainment at the local club 😃 Though optional, I still wear my mask on the bus and in the supermarket when I shop for groceries 😷
If there's a petrol shortage, this could happen with beer too, so I'm going to start panic buying at the pub... 🍺🍺🍺

I like the gap between the viewers, so we can see the other paintings on view.
In Scotland, masks in shops and transport, also museums, art galleries. Otherwise, almost back to normal. Now getting our flu and covid booster vaccinations.

Love the sterile direct to the point look here. People on one side and art on the other side of the black line. Excellent image Malc.
Things have gotten worse here since summer and so many tourists. And so many uncertain about the vaccine. This may never be over.
