Tree & Windows II

By gajj
Still experimenting - this side of the wall was in morning shadow but the reflections and the tree caught my eye - still trying to capture the bold watercolour feel to urban scenes so suggestions and comments are very helpful and much appreciated.
I liked the funky feel of this image, hope you do too.

i like it, but sadly for me i like the original better. understand you're pleasing the masses ;o) clicked again!

Both of these have their own merits, but this is the one for me, lots of interest and colours in those reflections. Can you do a bit of wizardry with the transform tool, maybe, so you don't lose the top of the windows on the left.

Jan great contrast especially the rose tinted tree. I like the result striking colours in the windows but just feel its only half a picture! Perhaps its just me.

This has a really bold feel to it, you have to look at it several times to 'work it out' very clever Jane

Thought this was yours, Jan. I prefer this crop to yesterday's - in fact IIRC I suggested something like it.

I love the diversity of opinon here - its great!! Can't quite decide myself which I prefer - and of course, there are the ones I haven't uploaded which appeal as well! Jim, you did suggest this version, thanks. Kath, I think its Einstein who said 'I never memorize anything I can look up...' so that makes you at least as smart as Einstein!
Thanks again all,
Jan

The reflections give it a Daliesque feel Jan.
Like it very much. Almost like a childs toy, where you put different shapes in to holesSmile

Regards.

Think I prefer this one more, it focuses your attention on the reflections more. Having said that they're both excellent shots!
