Poppy Perspective

By gajj
That we find a crystal or a poppy beautiful means that we are less alone, that we are more deeply inserted into existence than the course of a single life would lead us to believe.
John Berger

Though we were poor, my father would plant flowers - poppies and iris - in the yards of every rental home we lived in over the years. Thanks, Dad, for showing me that the beauty we share lasts far beyond our earthly years.

beautiful sentiments and a nice picture. I particularly like the texture of these poppies, almost like crumpled tissue paper? Neil

Beautiful forest of poppies with the light giving a beautiful translucency to the red petals. Great idea and immaculate execution.

I think this is the most beautiful flower shots I've ever seen. It has everything, for me. It's natural, full of great light and colour, outstanding yet unpretentious.
Thanks, Jan, I've really enjoyed looking at this.
