Shropshire Panoramas

By GarrathE
It not very often that I don't do at least one panorama when 'out in the wild' with my DSLR. This is taken above Church Stretton and is about 270 degrees in rotation. It is the first of three I took as we moved west across the Long Mynd towards the Stiperstones.

I admire the effort but it may just be that little bit too wide to be effective, especially with the EPZ audience. Smile

I do like panoramics though. What did you use for stitching? AutoStitch and Hugin are my preferred choices for freebie software.

Good effort all the same.

V.2 for me, love the cloud formation and the presentation, I find V.1 too thin. Carol

Numer 1 and 3 is to narrow for a Pano, number 2 is not far off.

Have a great Christmas

As has been said, basically too long and thin. Nicely constructed generally but need to be seen at a much larger scale and for me they do not work on this site. V2 works best here. I do like the way V1 has been constructed but it just needs to be BIGGER.

I would have uploaded them in a different order as the thumbnail for V1 is not inviting (think of the click factor). They are very cleverly stitched together. I note you haven't enabled modifications just in case I tinkered with them!

Have to agree here Garrath, they need to be larger, but what I can see has been well put together, and what a scene to see
