They would if I were a judge!! And this one would be a winner. Superb sky and dusting on the fells. Reminds me of a Victorian watercolour.

Thanks for your kind comments everyone, I guess the Judges indeed have varied tastes their favourite phrase seems to be " A Chocolate Box Image"

Beautiful shot !!!!....& one to lift the spirits !!!

Your comments on camera-club 'judges' is so typical !!!.....it's the main reason I dropped out of 'club' life !....these
people only look for faults !!!.....& give 1% praise......

I remember one judge who displayed some of his own work, after an evenings judging.....his pictures were the sort
of stuff I would delete/bin.......so don't take these judges seriously, & stick to your own beliefs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The camera club may not think much of this one but for me it's a super image and I gladly award you with my POTW award. If I may.....a slight tweak to unsharp mask may just give those trees the edge and make them slightly more definition. There you go....an award and a little bit of firendly critique too
