Hi Gary, I don't think this image needs a sky, it has good sharp clean lines and works well in mono. The only thing I would like to suggest you try is cropping out the sky nearer to the building and then re-sizing the image. I think it's a good artistic shot.

The shapes are really attractive. It can benefit with having more contrast apart from a sky. Both are easily done.
