Burgh Castle

By Gaz_H
Just want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous 2011. Thanks for your support, critiques and the opportunity to meet up with some great individuals.

The image is of one of the old Roman fortifications walls at Burgh Castle with Langley and Halvergate Marshes in the distance. Built in the late 3rd or early 4th Century and well worth a look.

Not the most convenient of places to get to, this is cracking image of a place that I have only been to the once, and on that fine June day it was raining.

Nice one Gary, great pic.
DeSilver has it wrong, I built the foundations, he must have passed by a little later.
