  • Heather and sky

Thanks for the comments both, especially yours colleenWink.

Seriously though, thanks again for yours willie, regarding the softness, if I remember right I think it was very windy, I did use a tripod but at that time it was quite a light thing, not like the one I have now!

At the moment I try to keep the images as close to how it was at the time so we might have to agree to differ on that one (white balance).

Love how you remedied the burnt out bit of sky! Wish I had thought of that!!

    Thanks everyone so far

Quote:Yes it does, so another success. The backlit frost detail is wonderful.

Suggestions. You lined the subjects up perfectly with a progressive line into the image - very nice indeed. about flipping the image so the line leads from bottom left to top right. The rest of us don't know how the image really was so won't mind, and the bottom left to top right vector is more natural in terms of how we read things. Just an idea. Might be fun to see it though if you can be bothered.

Yes, that does sound like it would improve the shot, but I wouldn't have a clue how to do it Smile

Lovely, but perhaps would have got rid of whatever is on the first boulder in the foreground?
