life story

By gbentley
just re-visited the ngombe township with my new d200, this grandmother, another that helps support aids orphans. she is blind. another cheerful soul, living though the most difficult of circumstances. walking out one feels so very small.

strong, beautiful portrait, but the crop on top feels a bit wrong to me. would rather see more or less.

as Kean said strong portrait, good use of selective focus

Agree. Very strong but the crop doesn't work for me.

Beautiful portrait - if hung with others from your portfolio with differing crops it would stand up. Hung on its own I dont know, perhaps a tighter crop?
