Zambezi by night

Fishing on the zambezi river last weekend. left the fire and spent a chilling 20 minutes for this one exposure. Would have liked to have done a longer exposure but ran out of time.

What a cracking image. The colours from the town complement this in my opinion. One of the best nighttime/star shots I have seen.

thanks everyone - oh and if you want to try this you need to point your lens due south to get the circular movement... gareth

Beautiful. As other people have said, I must try this soon. I'll remember the due south advice.
