Drips

By GDCsparky
This photo is from a water feature in a garden somewhere around Warwick,I think. The leaves were on 6ft thin steel rods set in a formal pond. If anyone knows where, let me know.

Excellent shot.

Spoiled a little for me by the border. I just think black was a little heavy for the delicate nature of the fountain. Also the green ring isn't evenly spaced all around.

You've captured great detail in the leaves, & I think the fast shutter speed to freeze the water droplets worked more effectively than a stream of water would have done.

So love the water and the sculpture, jut a bit unhappy re the frame. So clever capturing those waterdrops & the way the light strikes the leaves.

I looked at this and loved it - then read the c/c - looked again and still loved it.

Brilliant detail, very cleverly captured water drops...not too keen on the frame either I have to say, but great shot never the less!
And thanks for the comment on my butterfly Smile

A wonderful shot, and I think if the frame had been a different colour (maybe picking up the colour of the leaves) and not quite so thick, the presentation may have worked better. Great detail though - excellent! Thanks for your comments on my "clock" pic!
