Can I eat this?

By geniehawk
Not sure what the bird is, I think it's a coal tit but as I have just started taking small bird images I am sure someone will enlighten me.
Again taken at the hide.
Thanks for all the c&c on my last image, it is most appreciated.
Hope you enjoy this one.

Jeannie.

Beautifully captured, Jeannie, and with the lovely catkins, too. Carol

You are right it is a Coal Tit and well presented amongst the catkins. Might say though the highlights need reducing as the cheeks are slightly overexposed, always a difficult thing with these, and other tits
Richard
Very well detailed shot.

Nice shot, was the hide somewhere near Bristol, or where you away somewhere else?

Thanks for your comments Richard, I processed this on my lap top, I must try to get it calibrated by the sound of it.

Jason the hide is not far from Bristol.

Hi Jean
I was asking where the hide was because I would like to try it myself if it was open to the public.

Great shot of the Coal Tit Jeannie. The framing among the catkins is spot on.
