Guardians of the tree

By geoffrey baker
Another one from last Saturday's landscape shoot.

These 3 rocks looked like they were guarding the tree from attack, whenever I went close to the tree I was expecting them to rise up and chase me away, ok, maybe I do have a bit of an over-active imagination lol

This is the same tree as yesterday's upload but taken from the opposite direction.

Another 5 shot HDR blend using a tripod low to the ground due to the high wind at the time.

A fine view of this windswept tree, the rocks provide great foreground interest. You have such a vivid imagination, either that or you've been drinking too much Brains bitter!WinkGrinTongue
