I see so many old machines discarded and just left to rot instead of having them removed. Probably costs money to have them removed but they look a mess to most people and they hardly do the landscape a favour, If we put an old bed out by the side of the road and left it the council in some form would be around calling, I wonder why it's not done for these rusty machines?

Photographers do like them it seems and the rust society will be on my neck no doubt. Ho Hum.

A lovely composition and an excellent and white really suits it. But I agree with the comment above in that this image is a sad indictment of today's throw-away society!
I do notice that the back tire looks in good condition though!

Yeah the back tire was in perfect condition. The tractor had just finnished turning hay, amazing to see this rust bucket still working away!
