just a bit to much softning on the face, pull the Opacity back to about 65%

Looks good as a portrait for your friends George, Dina but, the chocolate box effect is a no no for me. It needs to be crisp and sharp for a portrait like this I think. I'd pull it back even more than Wenlock has said.
