Renovation at the Moody Building on The Strand, Galveston. The building was constructed in 1883 for cotton and banking operations. It weathered hurricanes and thrived for decades as a military surplus store. That ceased operations as Col. Bubbie's Surplus Senter, at the end of 2014 after 42 years outfitting everyone from campers to Hollywood producers with camouflage fatigues, gas masks, canteens and other military castoffs.

I wonder if that postal service van is delivering a citation for non-compliance with safety regulations. The guy perched on the scaffolding seems to have forgotten his hard hat, safety glasses and harness. He would have been off any construction site I visited faster than he could say "OSHA".
