Unfortunate Shadow

Thank you for your time spent on my Rock Pipit upload - much appreciated.
This is one of my first Reed Warbler shots this year but unfortunately the bush that he sat on not only assured dappled light but casted an unfortunate shadow Sad - Ina

Perhaps the shadow is unfortunate but I don't feel it really detracts from what is an excellent image, Ina: superb detail and very natural colours, and I like the paler but colour coordinated b/g tone which shows off the bird so nicely.

A little beauty, Ina. If you hadn't given it that title I wouldn't even have considered the shadow to be a problem and still don't Wink Super pose and plumage detail and the clarity of that eye is magnificent.

A terrific shot of this lovely bird Ina, no problem whatsoever with the shadow. The detail in the plumage is exceptional

Maybe an unfortunate shadow -(although it doesn't bother me, or anyone else judging by the comments)- but a great image. The detail is superb, particularly the eye.

Everybody sums it up perfectly Ina. The image is too good to be affected by a shadow, that is natural history and I think it looks superb. Congratulations on the first of the season for you.

It is a shame about the shadow BUT it is still a stunner and a top shot!! I love it, so well done Ina.
