Good still life shot - I like the juxtaposition between the texture of the cut apple and the shiny skin of the whole one.

Like the set up but personally I would try and remove the magenta cast in the BG - have done you a modification to show you what I mean.

@ Tony - Thanks for the mod, I dont know why I didnt see that Guess it must of just been a case of tired eyes as it was quite late last night - will cedrtainly go back and remove from the original file.
