Very striking image although a 'clever' judge would comment on the light on the front of the giraffe when the sun is behind it. I have that said about mine several times. They won't believe I used fill-in flash

Yes I agree entirely with the comment about the light - I even tried to tone it down a bit as I also noticed that, but it washed out the detail in the giraffes, so I just bit the bullet and dulled it slightly then left it alone! And I used fill-in flash! WinkWinkWink

My problem with replacement backgrounds is that so often they mess with the truth of light, and the result looks 'wrong'. But the vote here is for the actual composition and placement of the giraffes, which is superb.
