This is my 300th upload and thought it would be suitable to repost my favourite picture ive ever taken.

This picture was taken several years ago in my 10' x 17' x 8' converted garage. It 3 hours to set up after practicing for ages with the lighting on my daughter initially.

The light was one single light above models head. The difficulty was getting the model in this pose because she kept getting cramp and had to keep taking a break.

I have tried this image again since and was not very happy with the result - this remains my favourite picture. For those of you who have already seen it I apologise for those of u who have not seen it. I hope you like it.

As always your constructive comments are always appreciated.

Before any of you pick it up the only one neg i can see with this pic is her foot is a little over exposed. Ian

Lovely lighting and pose - and poise.

The perspective seems a little odd: standard lens, emphasising the size of the leg? And a touch of burning-in on the foot would avoid a distraction.

But overall, a really lovely picture - click!

This will always be my favourite Ian,not just cos it's in b&w but it is such a class shot.Happy 300th too and the day superbly marked with such a class shot.
