Saint Marks's Square

I know- sorry, I've ruined this by not paying attention to verticals, parallels, etc

But . please, I got up at 2am and dragged the camera gear and tripod to set this up.

And also, I was extremely nervous as there was a few shadowy figures about.

The slightly wonky perspective is easily correctable in Windows Live Photo Gallery with just a single mouse click. Much more important is the colour and lighting which is just beautiful. It was well worth the effort.

The light in this image is simply beautiful Grin. Personally I would crop out the wall at the lhs though and, if you shot in RAW, try and reduce the noise in the sky a bit (unless it was rain). Other than that - well worth braving some shadowy characters Wink
Great shot. I would be happy to obtain an image of this quality. I empathise but our encumbrances are the price we pay as photographers.
