Red Fox III

By glazzaro
Hi all, hope everyone is doing well!

Well tonight the joke was on me, spent 2 hours standing in front of the foxs den, fending off biting flies, ticks, mosquitoes, and extremely aggressive gnats! The fox cubs were a no show, in fact I got this vision while standing there that the mother and cubs were in a bush somewhere just watching and laughing at me! Oh well, there is always another day. So another shot from yesterdays outing, this one showing both of the cubs. See you out on the site.

awwe..I love it. gosh, I wanna come visit! You see and capture images of such amazingly beautiful wildlife. I am sitting here looking at this and wanting so desperately to go back to a life in the country/a bit more rural than my in the city/close houses..kind of neighbourhood.. where the closest wildlife is the crazy neighbors that holler and fight at each other or the neighbours foo-foo dog that barks non stop. You are showing images that make me yearn for the simpler things in life..days when it wasn't uncommon to see a wild turkey strut across the yard or a covey of quail come to visit or to wake at the sound of a rooster crowing "good morning"...and to gather wild blackberries in the field and to catch minnows in a pond. Days where seeing wildlife going about their day to day adventures wasn't such an uncommon sight.thanks so very much for sharing these images Greg...they are very much appreciated.I shall return to the country way of life..it's just a matter of time.

Brilliant, I love foxes, they are a much maligned creature. I had one that would eat from my hand a few years ago, but it got shot at the local golf club for daring to dig a hole in one of the bunkers.
