Red Deer

By Maiwand
The Red Deer Stag

No wide open mouth uttering a great bellow,no great gouts of hot breath or pawing at the ground - just a magnificent Stag. This fella does not need all the dramatics-- he knows who he is and just a look tells everyone else.
A recent capture from Bushy Park.
Large view will reward I am sure.
Most appreciative thanks for all the attention to the Redshank.

You have captured the power of the animal so well and filling the frame accentuates this.
Like the way the sharp antler tips stand out against the dark background.
