Taken, as a piece of fun, for Livingston Camera Clubs' Christmas Dinner competition. Which is tonight, by the way!

The brief was 'black and white', two images pp max, interpret as you will.

We bought the Dalek (bubble bath) as a stocking filler for our nephew (see NeilJDs' gallery) so I put it to other uses!

In camera monochrome with flash (3 bursts) and zoom effect , focal range starting about 50mm to full extent.

ISO 100, 10sec, flash, f/11 (I think!)

I think it looks better here than it did in print! I can hear the music in the background. Very effective technique and yes, you must have too much time on your hands!
