Taken during this years combined exercise, Portpatrick lifeboat week. Some kids were playing about on the rocks and watching the waves crashing in, before a concerned member of the coastgaurd came and spoke to them!

It's not the sharpest of captures, but I liked the diagonal lines and the shape of the wave in relation to the subject.

ISO 800, 1/20th sec, f/40, weather dull and soon to be wet!

Certainly isn't - we were gleefully waiting on the kid to fall in. My lens was focused on potential "dunk zone" but Matt stayed with "topple zone" and got the best pic. Excellent shot, sadly praticed on me fishing many times. Brilliant.
