Thank you for viewing my portfolio. Any comments both positve and negative are most welcome. I enjoy photography and have learnt a lot since joining EPZ.

About Me

I retired in 1998 having worn a uniform most of my working life and am married to Mags my best friend and a very talented artist whom I'm very proud of. Together we run a Bed and Breakfast from our home here in South Lincolnshire.
I have always been interested in photography had my first camera at the age of around 13, an Agfa 127 then a Kodak instamatic. In 1980 I bought my first SLR an OM1n and slowly built up a range of lenses and accessories and spent many pleasurable hours in the dark room.
In 1992 I burnt out, The pressures and horrors witnessed of the past had taken their toll and my confidence went. Slowly with encouragement from Mags it has returned and in 2001 I picked up a camera again and entered the digital world with a Fuji 6900Zoom and then in 2006 bought a Canon 350D taking basic family snaps.
In August 2009, two talented photographers came to stay with us and their encouragement has rekindled my interest in seriously picking the camera up again. So my thanks go to Ron and Maggie for opening the box again and giving me encouragement.
