John putting Sandy and **** through their paces.
Again the choice of sepia toning works really well with this fine composition.
Everything works here for me ,good image, well done .
The tonning works well in this Danny, good details too
Love this in sepia, a fine composition with those beautiful working horses.
(Did not take any notice of the use of Roly as Nick (Nikshot) and my grandchildren call me Role, pronounced Roly because of the 'e' on the end of my name, also hence Rolepics - so no offence taken) Carole
Beautifully composed, beautifully balanced image, John and the horses leaning against each other but working together.
Lovely composition, Danny, the slightly-rising hillside and the perspective divergence of field and furrow from left to right add a gentle yet firm dynamic to the image.
I love the low POV here Danny, it emphasises the strength of these horses. That, combined with the sepia toning, makes for a very fine image indeed - well done!
Superb image enhanced with the toning Dan.
ps, not about much at the moment as my broadband is down with a major fault in the area, currently at the local library.
Has a really old feeling to it....... You could even add a texture, all scratches, to give a crumpled look But I know you will think that is cheating
Good image anyway.
See you later aligator, twiddled images in my hand.
Just going a bit mad. the sad look was to replace the smile at the end of my comment.
The low view point adds a lot to the image
It is far to easy to take a little scene like this for granted Danny. One can only imagine the skill, control and harmony that is needed just to keep in a straight line, never mind manouvering all over a field !!
A fine shot.
I do like these shots of your's of these magnificent working horses, Danny, and the toning here seems so appropriate to the time when there were so many more.
Beautiful. I'd love to be sitting up there with him.
A well schooled team. I like the high collar on the near horse. I've never seen one like it.
Love the way the horses are leaning into th task at hand. Have you tried adding a touch of red to the sepia?
Magnificent beasts, love the pov, Dan, well presented. Carol
I have just come in now from early morning, Angela has missed the bus from Hexham so I have to prepare dinner..beans on toast.. then I have to be out at a photographic do for 7 pm so I may not have time to comment but will catch up as soon as I can.
Thank you for looking
Good shot and toning here Dan.

Beautiful capture Danny
Another fine image of this pair, or perhaps more accurately, this trio. Unusual toning but it suits the image well.
