a wonderful idea and execution.. very interesting shot and truly personifies rain..
both the images are different.. B&W is more abstract than the color.. both are good..

Both work wonderfully well, Jacqui, though I've a very slight preference for the colour version.
It's a remarkable photograph, looks almost like an image from the Hubble telescope... stars drifting down to a galactic centre through glowing tendrils of interstellar gas, light-years long.
