Mute Swan

I often strive to get photos of far off birds that are not so common and miss the opportunities that are right infront of me. Sad I have a soft spot for Mute swans and while I would have liked to got a similar image of the Whoopers at Frampton the day I took this, I am pleased I didn`t ignore this beautiful bird. I have put a couple of different versions, either cropped differently or slightly different angles and would be interested in what people think. Thanks for looking.Smile

well captured, no blown highlights and the water droplet helps the picture along, you have a small catchlight in the eye to, not always easy with mute swans - well done

Versions 1, 2 & 4, would have been sublime, if those twigs had been edited out

Yes Adrian I think I will try and see if I can edit them out the more I look the more they become a distraction.Wink
