Dull days can be nice....

Hi, I've not picked up my camera since last April.
Like many others do, I just lost all interest in photography.
Even now, it's taken a lot to post this image.

Last week we spent a very wet week up in the Lake District.
We were based in Keswick, and did most of our walks from the doorstep.
This image was taken last Friday, the plan was to walk down to the jetty and catch the boat over to Hawes end, and walk around the lake.
Unfortunately, due to all the rain many of the jetty's were under water, so the boat operator would only do trips around the Lake.
So we walked instead down to Ashness bridge.

This image captures the boat making it's scenic trip around the lake.

I always stayed in Keswick, and did many walks from there.
I had a fair few wet days too, but great photo opportunities despite that.
I didn't always get lots of images but to get a few good ones more than made up for it, as you've shown here Smile
