Beach

By gsxr400
This is the third shot from my trip to the beach. This was shot quite late as the sun was going down, it was also freezing, fair play to the models they just kept going. I would love to know what you think, all comments welcome.

I think this is a lovely image.. contrasting look on model's faces.. one looking at the viewer with admiration and the other with a critical look..
I like it a lot..

Reading Peekay's comment above, I actually think he's hit the nail on the head for me. It's the two different facial expressions, combined with the two different body poses. One is challenging the viewer to see beyond the obvious; the other is accepting of the viewer's gaze and is unconcerned about what it contains and what thoughts are behind it.

I love the subtle, softly diffused light and the way you've positioned these two - there's so much harmony, but also an element of creative tension. It works beautifully in my eyes Smile

If I had to change one minor thing, it would be to remove that piece of arm that's between the two women (attached to the lady behind).

wish I could take the challenge to look beyond it..
I am too tired to look beyond now.. I just cannot take any more emotional stress to look further, or you can say take a different point of view that I hold now..

and further when I have the faces of lovely ladies before my eyes, why should I look beyond? I would live inside this beautiful dream.. even this beautiful dream would heal me..

This is a good capture Peekay. I can't help wonder if only one model would have been better... They both have a strong personality and looks, worth a seperat shoot perhaps. For me the photo is a little on the dark side, the darkisch quit strong vignetering ads to this, specialy in the darker areas like the eyes and the hair of the model in the background.
What also strikes me is that the front model is lighted totaly different to the model behind her (wich I like the lighting more of). I do like the POV and the DOV!
Nice work anyhow!
