Looks a bit perilous for me Gwyn, one slip and we would not be seeing this shot.

Nice. Thought at first glance that this would have been better with tripod and slow shutter speed etc. But I think this is far better as the jagged shapes the water makes contrasts well with the smooth rocks

I think you've got exactly the right shutter speed here, Gwynn - the water is neither too frozen nor too blurred. Great shot.
