2014 Philadelphia Flower Show #1

By handlerstudio
The first harbinger of Spring in Philadelphia is the Philadelphia Flower Show, usually in early March. Different theme each year.....and all the nurseries work really hard to have all kinds of flowers in bloom-----that would never flower at the same time in "real" life. And, they draw huge crowds. This is the oldest and largest flower show in the US. Goes back to, believe it or not, the early 1800s.

Lighting is always a challenge, and too crowded to do anything other than handheld photos.
