As a record of this plant, I'm sure it works well. There's not a lot of interest for the general viewer though. A bit more dramatic lighting would still suit a record, but lift the image into a more general category. I actually find the lichen more interesting than the grass.

I notice you have your camera set on 'creative' mode all the time. If you want auto, use the 'P' setting. That allows instant used adjustments as necessary whilst still being semi automatic. Try and move away from fully automatic as soon as you can.

Thanks for the feedback. Usually, I do put the camera on P mode, or A, to control depth of field.
