Shorebirds Foraging at the Surf Line

Still at Cape May. I think these birds are Sandpipers, but I am not a birder, so not sure. They run back and forth as the surf comes in looking for small animals or fish to "harvest". They move very quickly, and are not easy to photograph. Much harder than herring gulls.

We just came back from a concert, it is late, and we need to get up my apologies for not looking at photos tonight. Thanks for comments and votes for the gulls yesterday.

They do move fast and difficult subject Peter.

A little out of focus, but still identifiable Peter. A little tip would be to increase your Shutter Speed if possible on your model of camerra.
