This bird I believe is a sacred Kingfisher I think it could be a female as it is whiter down the front and didnt seem to have any buff markings there Was taken on the Daintree River in Nth Queensland

very vivid shot, a differant Kingfisher than i am used to seeing . nice one Hedoff ,it could be a collard kingfisher !!

I thought at first it was a collard but it has buff marking instead of a white patch at the base of the beak I will bow to superior knowledge as I am far from being an expert on these matters Thanks for the comment
