Between a [small] rock and a hard place

Five in a row. I took several shots of children playing games with stones at a recent history day at school. I uploaded several a while back which I was not really happy with and so took them down. Moira [mrswoolbill] suggested that the left side of one would go with the right side of the other - and here it is, and I think it works better.
I've layered it with the texture from a tombstone to give a hard/rock like appearance - hence the title WinkWink

Yes the two sides do work together, the hands balance. This now looks 'complete' to me. It's a picture that I would love to have taken, and that's my usual UA criterion.
Congratulations on imminent retirement. It will be the beginning of the rest of your life - we have never been busier, or happier! I'm sure you have a lot of projects to get involved in.
You could suggest to your school that you continue to document the children's activities occasionally - Bill's old school has had its bid for new a building accepted, and we are going to document the final year in the old building.

My daughter got her results from Uni,and will graduate with a 2.1.
She starts work as a primary school teacher in August at one of our local schools.
